REFUND POLICY – CarDiag AI


1. Digital nature of the service

CarDiag AI provides digital services and digital credits (“tokens”) that are delivered immediately after purchase.


2. General rule

Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate access, all purchases are final and non-refundable.


3. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • technical failure preventing access to purchased tokens,
  • duplicate or erroneous charges,
  • platform malfunction confirmed by the Operator.


4. Refund requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting cardiag@poapps.ro and including:

  • transaction details,
  • a brief description of the issue.


5. Abuse prevention

The Operator reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or misuse.
