What CarDiag AI does


CarDiag AI provides digital tools for:

  • understanding vehicle diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs),
  • managing vehicle profiles and diagnostic records,
  • documenting service and repair activities.

The service is delivered entirely online through secure cloud infrastructure and mobile applications. No physical goods are sold or shipped.


How access works (Tokens)

CarDiag AI uses a token-based access model.

Users purchase digital credits (“tokens”) which are consumed when generating AI-powered diagnostic reports or using advanced analysis features within the platform.

Tokens:

  • are digital and non-physical,
  • are delivered instantly after purchase,
  • are used exclusively inside the CarDiag AI platform.

The platform does not sell software licenses and does not transfer ownership of software.


Pricing & payments

All prices are clearly displayed before purchase.
Payments are processed securely via an online payment provider. There are no recurring charges unless explicitly selected by the user.


Intended use & disclaimer

CarDiag AI provides informational and decision-support assistance only.

The platform does not replace:

  • professional mechanical inspection,
  • manufacturer repair documentation,
  • certified repair procedures.

Diagnostic information may vary depending on vehicle configuration, engine variant, production year, and installed control modules. Users remain responsible for verifying information through appropriate testing and professional methods.

Core features


Vehicle profiles via VIN identification

Users can create detailed vehicle profiles using VIN-based identification.
The platform decodes the VIN to provide structured vehicle information such as manufacturer, model, engine type, drivetrain, and production data, which is used as context for diagnostics and documentation.



AI-based DTC interpretation

CarDiag AI supports the interpretation of several thousand common and manufacturer-specific OBD-II and VAG-related diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).

Using an AI model specialized in electronic diagnostics for VAG group vehicles (Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, SEAT, and Porsche), the platform generates structured diagnostic information, including:

  • affected subsystem,
  • typical causes,
  • symptoms,
  • troubleshooting steps,
  • repair guidance,
  • high-level VCDS diagnostic workflows,
  • related fault codes,
  • severity and drivability impact.



Manual diagnostic documents

Users can manually create diagnostic documents based on real-world observations, allowing them to document vehicle behavior, inspection results, and diagnostic conclusions beyond fault-code analysis.

This enables the platform to be used as a structured digital diagnostic notebook for workshop and garage activities.



Service and repair logs

CarDiag AI includes a logging system for:

  • labor operations and labor time,
  • replaced, reconditioned, or consumed parts,
  • material usage,
  • multi-currency cost tracking.



Refund policy


Due to the digital nature of the service and the immediate availability of tokens, purchases are generally non-refundable.


Refunds may be granted in cases of:

  • technical failure preventing service delivery,
  • duplicate or erroneous charges,

in accordance with the published Refund Policy.
