This service is operated by Preda Ovidiu-Alin (PFA), Romania, referred to as “the Operator”.

CarDiag AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-generated automotive diagnostic information, vehicle data management, and service documentation tools.

The service is delivered electronically through cloud-based systems and mobile applications.

3. Eligibility

By using the service, you confirm that you are legally allowed to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

4. Nature of the service

CarDiag AI provides informational and decision-support assistance only.
The service does not provide certified repair instructions, guarantees, or professional mechanical services.

5. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• verifying diagnostic information through appropriate testing,
• complying with manufacturer repair procedures,
• ensuring safe vehicle operation and repairs.

6. Payments and tokens

Access to certain features is provided through digital credits (“tokens”).

• Tokens are digital and non-physical.
• Tokens are consumed based on platform usage.
• Tokens are delivered instantly upon successful payment.
• The Operator does not sell software licenses and does not transfer ownership of software.

7. Limitation of liability

The Operator is not liable for damages resulting from:

• incorrect interpretation of AI-generated information,
• vehicle damage, downtime, or repair costs,
• misuse of the service.

8. Service availability

The Operator may update, modify, or suspend the service to ensure security, performance, or compliance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
